Both sides should be aligned to the edge and then fix barrier accordingly. The wall paneling at the barrier needs realignment so it doesn't look like the door is cut into paneling. The right tweaking can easily make a good scene great (and a great scene bad if done wrong). Make sure to use reflection probes (I'm positive you are now). Nothing intense like the bulbs, but a decent bit with some volumetric fog would do well. The chandelier may need a better light source as there appears to be no real light coming from there. The lighting is actually pretty decent and I have no complaints besides there shouldn't be a light over the cabinet as no one would put a light that would be useless there or make a light useless by putting a cabinet there. There's an orange version of the tiles or a carpet texture would do nicely. That's exterior tiling no one uses and you can tell because of the amount of grout.

I'm not sure about this either but the ceiling texture maybe should be tiled 1 more time so it doesn't have such big panels in it. The top wall trim should either be removed or made into wood that's like 2 units tall and 1 thick (or some variant).
